The Whatsie waterproof cover set is a liner to put under the fabric cover to protect your foam from everything from liquid spills all the way to dust mites! Includes a liner for both the base pieces, arm rests and the two trapeziums cushions.

Whatsie's are made for open ended play, imagination, relaxation and everything in between, which means that their zippers and seams should stand up to whatever you throw at them. That's why we're more than happy to offer a replacement guarantee to all manufacturing defects within twelve months of the date of purchase. Just email admin@whatsie.com.au with at least two to 3 photos (or a video) along with your order confirmation number with any issues.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NOTE: Returns do not include colour exchanges or change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Each Whatsie includes six pieces of Whatsie goodness; shipped right to your door and ready for play! Each couch includes: 1x thick base, 1x flexible top mattress, 2 x trapezium and 2x rectangular prism cushions for lots of building options.

Absolutely! We take safety very seriously at Whatsie. Our foam and fabric is non-toxic. We use premium high-density foam and the softest microsuede and cotton to create the perfect play couch.

How Long Can I Keep Whatsie Compressed in the Box?
Whatsie's are super keen to get out and play, the sooner you open up the box the better. Whatsie's left in their box for longer than 60 days after delivery will not be covered by our product defect guarantee.
How Long Will it Take for my Whatsie to Expand?
Because Whatsie's travel rolled up in their tight boxes, we ask that you give them up to two weeks to fully fluff to their usual form. Your Whatsie may look wrinkly and smudged right after opening, but it is definitely ready to be played with.
Opening the zippers and playing will help speed up the process. If you are particularly keen a hair dryer on low heat will accelerate the process even faster.
Where Can I Buy a Whatsie?

Can I Wash It?
Yes; the covers are machine washable in cold water on their own. Hang the covers to dry to prevent shrinking. For the small stuff, spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
Where is it Made?
Whatsie's are designed in Australia and packed right here; in Sydney. The components are manufactured in China by an accredited factory with over 15 years experience in creating the highest-quality foam couches.
Can I use the Whatsie Outside?
The outdoor Whatsie cover is made from a waterproof fabric and can be taken outdoor. We recommend storing it inside or undercover. The microsuede, boucle and cotton can be taken to a dry outdoor area like a balcony or deck, but don't let it get wet. Too much direct sunlight will also fade the covers.
