At Whatsie, we're committed to delivering our products to you efficiently and affordably. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Domestic and International Shipping:

  • We ship Whatsies within Australia and New Zealand via www.whatsie.com.au
  • For Australian orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for small items, and $40 for larger items. For New Zealand, it's $60. We're pleased to provide free shipping on smaller items, like fabric samples.
  • Need your Whatsie sooner? We also provide express shipping within Australia for $60.

Delivery Times:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days.
  • Once dispatched, your Whatsie should arrive within 2–5 business days in most Australian locations. For WA and NT, it can take 5–10 business days.
  • We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information for updates on your order. We're always here to assist and aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.

International Shipping Advisory: Customs and Tax Information:

  • Please be aware that international orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, and other fees, which are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • These additional charges, which typically arise upon arrival in the destination country, are the buyer's responsibility. While Whatsie takes care of shipping, we're not liable for these extra charges.
  • As an international buyer, it's crucial to be familiar with your country's laws and regulations. By ordering from outside Australia, you agree to comply with your country's legal requirements.
  • In the unlikely event that a product is seized or destroyed by customs, or returned to Australia, we're unable to refund product losses or shipping costs. If a product is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

Handling Returned Parcels:

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. For orders sent to collection centres, retrieve them within 5 working days.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we'll contact you to arrange the next steps. This may include redelivery, which may incur additional costs, or a return as per our Return Policy.
  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels not collected in time or returned due to incorrect address details. It's the customer’s duty to provide accurate delivery information and timely parcel collection.
