Pre-Order Terms & Conditions 

Pre-order items are not on hand and therefore have an estimated shipping date. Before placing an order please read our terms and conditions listed below:

1. All pre-order items require payment in full at checkout.
2. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date.
3. We cannot guarantee products will be arrive by a specified date.
4. Shipping dates are estimates only and due to global shipping delays, shipping estimates may sometimes be extended for reasons outside of our control.
5. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
6. Orders can not be cancelled once placed. Cancellations are accepted on a case-by-case basis and incur a 10% fee. 
7. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept our pre-order terms and conditions.
